Your DJ for booth & trade fair events

Frankfurt is my base for trade fair events. My references include Messe Frankfurt, Ambiente, IAA and Kap Europa. Your presentation takes centre stage at the booth; after the fair closes, the occasion can become an after-show party or an evening with clients and partners. We agree music and optional hosting for these different parts of your appearance.

Trade fairs in Düsseldorf, Cologne, Munich, Berlin, Hanover and Hamburg are among my confirmed assignments. The fair, date and venue are the starting points for your enquiry. Whether you want booth music, a product presentation or an evening event, we discuss the accompaniment you would like for your trade fair appearance.

My DJ setup needs 2–3 m². I agree power supply, cable routes and the position of the setup with your stand builder in advance. Direct coordination with your stand-building team is part of the preparation, bringing music and booth concept together. Setup and teardown outside fair opening hours are possible; we discuss the timings beforehand.

I accompany product presentations, award shows and gala evenings with music. Hosting is available on request: DJ and host in one person. We agree which programme items need musical accompaniment and where you would like an announcement. A microphone for speeches and presentations is always included; further equipment is put together individually in the quote.

After the fair closes, I cover after-show parties and VIP evenings. The exhibition day becomes an evening occasion for your clients, partners or team. For conferences and congresses I play music during breaks and at the evening event. The accompaniment follows your programme: breaks and the evening are different parts that we discuss beforehand. You can plan the desired music times alongside the other programme items.

I also cover trade fair appearances over several days, with terms for multi-day bookings. There is no flat-rate price: duration, equipment and your requirements determine the individual quote. Send me the fair days and the parts you would like covered – you will receive a reply within 24 hours.
