Corporate event DJ in Frankfurt & Rhine-Main – more than 450 corporate events from gala to summer party

As your personal contact, I coordinate the schedule and timings directly with your event agency and caterer. My work with corporate clients is agency-proven. We consider reception, dinner, speeches and party as parts of one evening, with different roles for the music. Your programme items and desired music times form part of the shared schedule planning.

A preliminary meeting, schedule planning and a venue visit are included. We start with your occasion, venue and requirements, then agree the accompaniment for reception, dinner and party, taking speeches and presentations into account. Setup and teardown outside event hours are possible. You have one personal contact from your first enquiry through to the event.

We also discuss music requests and no-gos in advance. A gala dinner follows a different schedule from a summer party or kick-off. Rather than agreeing only individual tracks, we discuss which parts of your event you would like me to cover. Extending the evening is possible by arrangement.

For reception and dinner I play lounge and jazz. Later, the selection spans the 60s to today: 80s, 90s, 2000s, charts, hip-hop and house. Schlager and Ballermann party music are not in my repertoire. We discuss your requests and the transition from dinner to party beforehand, rather than applying an identical selection to different company occasions.

At a gala, music accompanies reception and dinner before the party. A summer event centres on arrival and celebrating together, while a kick-off or anniversary has its own programme items. Hosting is available on request. A microphone for speeches and presentations is always included; I put together any further equipment individually in the quote.
