Travel and logistics
I plan travel, equipment and the schedule so that setup and soundcheck are finished well before your guests arrive. Travel, accommodation and equipment beyond the 50 km rule are calculated individually and listed transparently in your quote.
Equipment, power and setup area
Fincas and outdoor venues often have their own conditions: long distances, limited power circuits, weather. I check fuses, sockets and the setup area in advance and bring the right equipment.
End times and restrictions
Many venues have restrictions on outdoor music. I coordinate end times and volume with the venue in advance and plan the evening so the highlights land in time.
