Power, routes and setup
At many wineries power is limited or far away. I check fuses and sockets in advance, bring my own cabling and set up early – not when the first guests arrive.
Ceremony outside, party inside
Ceremony in the vineyard, reception in the courtyard, party in the barn: three places, three setups. To avoid silence in between, I plan handover points and music for the walks.
Handling end times
Outdoor music ending at 10 pm does not kill the mood as long as the move indoors is prepared. We place the most emotional moment just before and restart inside with the song that refills the floor immediately.
